Some of your Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to create memorable moments and enable future bookings Assist with event arrangements to exceed guest expectations - delivering a mind-blowing service to guests to exceed their expectations Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence whilst showcasing your curious, outgoing and warm personality Support the banquets team in general operational tasks
