Description:

The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our site administration teams and to support our site services team by fulfilling site based administration, accounting and reporting responsibilities, along with any other relevant daily functions.

This is a FIFO role, working on an 8:6 roster.

About the Role

Supervise the site-based Administration and Travel team;
Manage and report on administration activities and statistics;
Manage all administrative aspects of personnel employment and records;
Oversee flight booking and check in management and administration.
Coordinate adequate training and manning of the administration team on a rotational roster;
Assist with the preparation of monthly reports;
Assist with the preparation of annual and monthly budgets;
Conduct specific financial analyses for proposals and projects;
Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with company accounting standards;
Analyse accounts and investigating variances from budget expenditure; and
Manage all administrative aspects for the purchasing and supply needs of the operation.

Skills and Experiences:

About You

Significant demonstrated experience in a Senior Site Administration role, preferably within mining;
Demonstrate previous supervisory / leadership experience;
Proficient user of Pronto and INX;
Advanced user of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook;
Well-developed communication skills (oral and written); and
Prioritise workloads for yourself and your team members.
