Aged Care Co-ordinator/Manager in Narrabeen (Full Time role)

  • Daughterly Care Community Services_ is a leading provider of inhome care that enables older people to stay at home for life and avoid the Nursing Home.

Join our success story Our business is expanding and we are looking for a driven and motivated Co-ordinator/Care Manager to liaise with our clients and our Caregivers, coordinating the provision of in-home care to enable clients to live safely, comfortably and joyfully at home.

You will have the ability to develop relationships with clients from the very first phone call and really make a difference in their lives.


The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role working in a challenging environment with the ability to hit the ground running because this role will be challenging, fast-paced, and requires a high-level of organisation.


As Co-ordinator/Care Manager, your key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Growing and maintaining relationships to provide excellent in-home care to our clients;
  • Ability to manage an elderly client's total care needs, WH&S, rostering and complete a detailed care plan;
  • Assessing managing and resolving problematic developments and situations;
  • Liaise, strengthen and develop relationships with clients and caregivers.

To be considered for this role, it is essential you have:

  • At least
    2 years experience working in an office environment as an Aged Care Manager and/or Aged Care Co-ordinator and/or Aged Care Case Manager;
  • High level of computer experience using programs like Microsoft Outlook and Word (we will provide full training in our own database). Excel is beneficial, but not essential;
  • Strong customer service skills, friendly telephone manner and great organisational skills;
  • Superior time management and attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactive, ability to multitask with a positive happy and cando attitude;
  • Vaccinated with Covid19 vaccine; and
  • Australian Resident/Citizen.

From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:
