Job Description

The Role

As our Fundraising Coordinator, you'll be the superhero behind the scenes, supporting key campaigns like the CEO Sleepout, Cash Appeals, and various Supporter Care initiatives.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves working collaboratively, delivering outstanding donor experiences, and providing top-notch fundraising services in line with industry best practices.


Your Superpowers:

Autonomy:
Tackling CEO Sleepout and Community campaigns with finesse and contributing to smashing those agreed outcomes.

Event Mastery:
Assisting with event planning, logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience from setup to bump-out.

Collaboration:
Working hand-in-hand with campaign managers and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of cash appeals.

Customer Service Wizardry:
Managing inbound inquiries with a smile, offering stellar customer service, and ensuring our supporters have the best experience possible.

This is a fixed-term (until 20/09/2024) full time position ([XX] hours per week) based in South Brisbane.
Desired Skills and Experience

_To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria:_:

  • Tertiary qualification in fundraising, events, marketing, communications or a related discipline._
- _3+ years working in a related role with a strong track record of successfully managing projects and meeting targets._
- _Experience working in the not-for-profit (NFP) sector, or a sound understanding of the NFP landscape._
- _Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society._
