As the Senior Digital Marketing Officer you will form part of a team that leads communication and media, marketing and creative, events and engagement, and strategy and performance functions.

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Officer initially for a period of 6 months who will report to the Manager, Brand and Client Experience. You will be responsible for developing and delivering website and digital initiatives to support and promote a range of programs aligned with the organisations strategic plan.

Responsibilities include:

  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Play a key role in the organisations digital transformation, leading the delivery of key projects across the website, marketing cloud, and digitally led sales and service tools.
  • Campaign Design and Delivery: Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns. This includes conceptualising and preparing messaging and materials across web, social, email, and other relevant platforms that align with priority markets, sectors, and objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the organisations targeted social media amplification strategies aligned to their audience and business objectives.
  • Website Oversight: Oversee the organisations website, ensuring content is high quality and up to date with best practice user experience.
  • Content Leadership: Work closely with content contributors to lead the creation, publishing, and monitoring of projects and initiatives across digital channels, including websites, email, search, social, display campaigns, and mobile applications, to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
  • Client Journey Design: Lead the design and delivery of the digital client journey for attraction and retention by mapping and monitoring their online experiences. Make recommendations on continual improvement, lead generation, audience growth, and engagement, including relevant tools and their use.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure, analyse, and report on the digital channel performance and make recommendations on continual improvement, identifying and addressing issues that may impact success.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Development: Develop and foster effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing and delivering complex digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and report on digital performance metrics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Please note this is initially a 6 month contract (possible extension) based in the Brisbane CBD at a AO6 Level.
