The Role

Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we require an individual who is motivated, driven and has a passion for providing the highest quality customer service.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

Reception duties - welcoming customers , signing them in and offering coffee, answering phone call - redirecting and taking messagesOrder office consumables and staff amenities as requiredOrganise staff events Managing the office email and responding to them Data entry and other adhoc admin dutiesDealing with customers and delivery drivers – taking notes, fixing any issues, problem solving skillsUpdating employee and subcontractor records are kept up to date in our systems Taking orders from customers and the Sales Department and conveyed to dispatch for picking and delivery to their destination in a timely manner.Prepare sales and purchase orders and invoicesFollow up on outstanding invoices.Filing documents and maintaining archiving systemConduct retail door sales, operating EFTPOS facilities if necessary. About YOU Excellent customer service skills and presentation -Strong computer skills with attention to detail for data entryPositive attitude with willingness and drive to learn and growStrong written and oral communication Strong organisation, admin and coordination skills
