Seek Lifestyle Group was established in 2020 and is a For-Purpose company established with the mission to make lifestyle freedom accessible to all.

The group exists to inspire each and every individual to access and discover their potential providing a sense of belonging to the vulnerable in the world by providing innovative, vertical village communities.


Seek Lifestyle Group is a group company with various arms established that design and build housing and care solutions that address barriers to inclusion for people with disabilities, homelessness, addiction and other areas of vulnerability and disadvantage.

Companies that are part of the Seek Lifestyle Group include:
United for Care, Vertika and Unity for our Community. The group also has a not for profit arm United Foundation.


The group is on a growth trajectory expecting to triple in the next 24 months in its service footprint, client reach and revenue with interstate expansion underway.

The establishment of the advisory board aims to assist Seek Lifestyle Groups Directors with a group of advisors for organisational development and growth.


Seeking new board members
The organisation is seeking professionals who possess one or more of the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong corporate experience (specific to the understanding of boards)
  • Social services sector knowledge, exposure and connections
  • Senior management, executive and/or for purpose consulting experience
  • Experience in disability, housing, homelessness, aged care or related industry
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated commitment to social inclusion
Seek Lifestyle Group's Managing Director is looking to appoint up to 5 advisory board members with complimentary skills in the following areas:

  • Finance, Risk and Audit
  • Clinical, Quality and Safeguarding
  • Culture and strategy
  • Growth, transformation or Merger and Acquisition expertise
  • Philanthropy, social investment and social impact knowledge and connections
  • Innovation and technology

Board member commitments and remuneration:

  • Attendance at 3 quarterly board meetings.
  • Attendance at the AGM.
  • Participation in one weekend retreat per year.
  • A small stipend is attached to the role.
