Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Trainer & Assessor to lead our business class (BSB50120 Diploma of Business - CRICOS 111181M, BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management - CRICOS 104421C).

As the Trainer & Assessor for our business class, you will play a pivotal role in delivering training & assessment to students enrolled in our business programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning, designing, and delivering engaging and industryfocused training sessions.
  • Assessing students' progress and skills through a variety of methods, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Providing personalized feedback and guidance to students to foster their growth and development.
  • Collaborating with our curriculum development team to ensure course content remains uptodate and relevant.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student assessments, attendance, and overall performance.
  • Staying updated on current business trends and incorporating them into your teaching approach.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience in the business industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of contemporary business practices.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for guiding students towards success in their careers.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for teaching and assessment purposes.
