Are you up for this?

  • Turn up the volume on your career and assist in managing the Daytoday system operation and maintenance routines of the Aloft property
  • Oversee preventative maintenance repairs with direction from the Engineering manager
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers for equipment and relationship building
  • Manage the engineering maintenance team, supporting them with operational tasks
  • Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment,
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and guests to provide guests with stays that are very much out of the ordinary, enabling future booking
  • Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives, using technology and your straightforward with a wink approach to showcase staying at Aloft different, by design
  • Be a vibrant and selfexpressive leader by providing motivation and support to the team
