About the Position

We are looking for a passionate and successful Production Team Leader to join us at Albury.This site is a 24/7 operating business. In this position, you will be responsible for playing a hands-on role in supervising a small team. You will assist in all production activities through effective support, coaching, and working alongside your team to help gain our business growth goals. To be successful you will have experience in Manufacturing and have a good mechanical & technical aptitude.

We take Quality and Safety seriously at Iplex so you must ensure that all aspects of EH&S compliance are constantly met and adhered to. We want to see your energy, personality and commitment on the daily The site has a confident and supportive Operations Manager who is looking for the right team fit to support his culture and engagement in their site

Ideal Skills & Experience


•Ability to forward plan, forecast, and problem-solve issues


•Confident in Microsoft Office and ERP systems


•Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written


•You are a natural team player and not afraid of hard work


•Good attention to detail and can make accurate and quick decisions


•Personable and approachable


•Ideally hold a Forklift License - preferred


•Must be able to work a rotating DAY/NIGHT Roster across a 24/7 business
