The Opportunity


We are seeking a passionate Business Support Manager with exceptional team leadership skills to join the Asia Pacific Business Support Team based in our Brisbane office.


As a member of the Business Support leadership team, reporting into the Director of Business Support Asia Pacific, you will play an integral part in the ongoing improvements to the services the Business Support team provides to colleagues across the region.

You will manage the team and help them to develop to ensure that they are providing a high level of support to colleagues via our business partnering model.


You will inspire the team to continue to be a high-performing and solutions focused team and you will be supported in all areas of your own career development.

You will be encouraged to make this role your own and learn in a supportive team environment. Your busy and varied day could look like this;

  • Day to day management of the Business Support Team, ensuring smooth business as usual operations.
  • Overseeing and managing a shared inbox, juggling priorities, taking ownership of allocated tasks and delegating as required.
  • Preparing client invoices, managing aged debts, timesheet management, and expense claim coordination and processing.
  • Project administration, including running conflict checks, creating proposal codes, and the set up and system management of projects.
  • Support of regional Quality Management System and reaccreditation
  • Office and facilities management, including liaising with Building Management.
  • Organising new starter inductions, colleague leave tracking, and coordinating travel requests.
  • Sharing a laugh with your colleagues along the way.

Skills and Experience
Our dedicated Business Support Team are reliable and solutions-focused. They partner with the business to provide high quality support.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Administrative and operations experience preferably in a professional services setting.
  • Experience working within a fastpaced and highvolume professional environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Be adaptable, proactive, and confident working both autonomously, and as part of a team motivated to succeed.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills, coupled with an ability to work well under pressure.
  • Extensive Microsoft Office Suite experience, with superior Microsoft Word and Excel skills. What other tools are you experienced in? We would love you to teach us
  • Advanced numeracy and literacy skills, with exceptional verbal and written communication.
