Are you a sales superstar with a knack for matching customers with the perfect products? Our Client, a leading local retailer in bedroom furniture and luxury mattresses, is looking for enthusiastic Sales Professionals to join the teams at Gepps Cross and Mile End locations.

About the Role: As a Casual Sales Professional, you'll be the face of the store, bringing comfort and style into the bedrooms of our customers. You'll use your sales prowess to showcase our high-quality bedroom furniture and mattresses, ensuring every customer finds their perfect sleep solution.

Location: Gepps Cross or Mile End

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our range of products.
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Process sales transactions and arrange delivery details with precision.
  • Maintain a well-presented showroom that reflects our brand's standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in high-ticket retail sales, ideally in furniture or bedding.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
