The founders are a collective of entrepreneurs, successful investors and experienced business professionals having run various medium sized businesses from start up phase with an unstoppable vision to fulfill the company's purpose and are looking to mentor and groom key talent to help them achieve their vision for the company. The Role & Expectations

  • Integrate and Optimize Services: Implement and optimize SIP (PJSIP & Asterisk), AI Models, and various third-party services like Azure OpenAI Service API, TTS Providers, Graylog, and STT services.
  • Database Management: Manage databases including MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
  • Server Infrastructure: Utilize AWS K8S, AWS E2C instances and AWS GPU instances configured in K8S clusters.
  • Logical Components Development: Contribute to the development of the call module, AI module, and management dashboard.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in PHP, Python, or Strong coding skills in one or more of these languages.
  • Experience with AWS, AWS K8S, and Docker: Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization.
  • Strong Knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB: Database management and optimization skills.
  • Expertise in Websockets: Proficiency in Websockets for real-time communication.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Sound Analysis: Experience with sound analysis including start speech, end speech, and sound level.
  • Experience with LLM Models, LLM Prompts, STT, TTS: Familiarity with large language models and speech technologies.
  • Familiarity with Call Center Infrastructure: Knowledge of Asterisk, PJSIP, and Vici or similar.
  • Experience with API Integration: Proficiency in integrating APIs using REST and Websockets.
