As our IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and support for our medical staff and patients.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to staff and resolving IT issues promptly
  • Managing and maintaining our network, servers, and hardware
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of our data and systems
  • Supporting the use of Medical Director software, ensuring it operates effectively and efficiently
  • Implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures
