The Role
We are seeking an energetic Product Development Manager with creative ideas, drive and skills that sets them apart from the crowd.
Reporting to the CEO, you will assist with product development as part of a small team, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
This is a unique opportunity, so we are looking for a real self-starter, someone who can use their initiative, be self-organised and empower others to achieve great things.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate project delivery, including internal reporting of progress against agreed milestones and timelines
- Contribute to elements of product and brand design
- Present to trade and develop promotional campaigns
- Undertake market assessments of opportunities and exploration of how competitor offerings can be improved upon
- Assist with successful product launches and commercialising new ideas and products
- Working with various partners to best deliver product development outcomes
About You
- Experience in launching products or brands within the beauty or wellness industry
- Excellent organisation skills or experience in project management are essential
- Strong problem solving skills that generate practical insights and solutions
- Detailed understanding of the product development lifecycle and backoffice functions
- Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines to ensure deadlines are met and managed based on the critical path
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to work well with others
- Be selfmotivated, highly organised and independent with the ability to prioritise own workload
