About the Role


We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst Support Officer to join our team in our Wellness Centre Role.

This role is to ensure software, hardware and the wider IT systems required by the Wellness Centre are fully operational and fit for purpose.

This role will also be a relief role for Wellness Centre Officers for planned or unplanned absences.

The Wellness Centre Officers monitor key safety and performance indicators to ensure the safety and wellbeing of Centurion drivers nationally.


Duties

  • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Risk mitigation planning
  • Collaborating with all areas of the business to resolve Wellness Centre issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
  • Wellness Centre Officer relief as required
  • Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation
  • Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
  • Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
  • Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
