The scenarios, artefacts and material developed will be used to expand our client's existing library of material.


It is expected you will work with the program team 3 days a week for an initial period from February - June 2023 with scope for extension.

During this time you will develop exercise and workshop scenario material as directed by the program staff on a day-to-day basis.


Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to develop discussion and functional exercise scenario packages including general ideas, scenarios, timelines, master schedule of events, inject/control documents, technical artefacts and evaluation data collection templates and guides.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to capture needs across the technical, process and resource domains.
  • Ability to prepare reports including the presentation of findings and proposed solutions.
  • Highlevel proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite products including:
  • Word: styles, formatting, templates.
  • Excel: referential formulae, financial planning and actuals records.
  • PowerPoint: professional slide decks for Executive briefings; master layout changes.
  • Project: schedule maintenance and analysis.
  • Active Baseline Clearance.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of exercises/training.
  • Previous experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of cyber security exercises/training.
