We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Support Analyst - Level 1, to join our team. This is a great entry level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a market leader.
Key Responsibilities

Receipt and review of Help Tickets

Implementation of Knowledge Base solutions to close Help Tickets

Generate documentation for Knowledge Base as required

Provision of customer response to help tickets

Identification of gaps in knowledge base

Escalation of Help Tickets to additional resources as required

Make recommendations on changes to improve functionality of services and/or preventatively address tickets.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Ability to prepare high standard, detailed requirements documentation

Ability to take on and deal with multiple concurrent projects

Ability and desire to grow professionally

Unrestricted work rights in Australia
