Offering the opportunity for an Operations Manager who is passionate about Real Estate, we are looking for someone who can work hand in hand with a high-performing Director.


The Role:

You will be the driving force that keeps this top business in order.

Reporting to the Director and working within an elite team of staff, this role will see you utilize your administration, management, and operations skills daily.

As the Operations Manager, your day-to-day duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Monitoring and tracking staff performance
  • Generating training & development plans
  • Compliance management
  • Database and software management
  • Coordinating all team meetings and staff events
**- Strong administration skills and computer literacy - you will be organized and thorough with meticulous attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • The ability to communicate at all levels
  • Proactivity, punctuality, and reliability
  • High standards of personal presentation
  • A vibrant, cando attitude
