Join our waterfront team as a Marina Dockhand and be part of a vibrant maritime community We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for boating and excellent customer service skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist boaters with docking and departing procedures.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the marina facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to marina guests.
  • Monitor and manage boat traffic within the marina.
  • Assist with fueling, pumpout, and other basic boat services.
  • Conduct routine inspections of docks and facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Current valid NSW General boating licence.
  • Previous experience in a marina or boating environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of boat handling and safety procedures.
  • Customerfocused attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Current valid first aid certification.

$ $32.00 per hour
