The organisation holds a multi-million-pound property portfolio including a range of high and low rise residential properties across the UK.The role will be home based with weekly travel to sites across Northern England and Scotland and will report into the Head of Health and Safety with one direct report.
Responsibilities of theRegional Health and Safety Manager
will include:
Helping to ensure sites are fully compliant with both UK legislation and the company strategy for health and safety.
Providing expert health and safety advice to operational teams both internal and external.
Providing line management, leadership and coaching for a Health and Safety Advisor.
Supporting the regular review of the health and safety management system to ensure standards are met.
The successful
Regional Health and Safety Manager
will have:
Proven experience in a similar multisite organisation, ideally within property, facilities management or a similar environmentNEBOSH Certificate is essential with NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) being desirableExcellent communication skills with proven experience engaging clients, staff, and contractors both virtually and in person.
