The Role:

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor your duties will include:

  • Accounts receivable management, including invoicing, credit control and debt collection
  • Reconciliation of accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues or queries
  • Assisting with monthend and yearend closing procedures
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably within a retail or similar industry
  • Experience working with an ASX listed company is highly desired
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using accounting software and advanced Excel skills
