We are currently working with a large and high-profile State Government Department on the recruitment of an AO6 Rehab/Wellbeing HR Advisor to join the team on an initial contract role through to June 30,2023 with the potential to extend.

This role sits within the Wellbeing, Health and Safety team and will see you work within a high performing, dynamic and supportive team.

As the AO6 Rehab/Wellbeing Advisor you will be responsible for ;

  • Rehabilitation case management including psychological and complex matters
  • WHS hazard audit coordination, meeting processes, incident reviews and reporting (state government context)
  • Nexus content reviews
  • Facilitation of small workshops and meetings
  • Coordination of wellbeing activities


To be considered for this Wellness/ Rehab HR Advisor opportunity you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and have worked in a large, complex organization and or Government department.

It is essential you are a self-starter and have high level of stakeholder engagement and emotional intelligence in this role.

You will come from a HR background and have a genuine interest in wellbeing and rehab. This is a senior level role and will see you hit the ground running managing complex caseloads, you will also need to have prior experience working with Aurion and Sharepoint including files management to be considered for this role
