Job Description

We are currently looking for a Rollout Coordinator to be a part of our dynamic Defence program. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering a cutting-edge Health Knowledge Management System (HKMS) for the ADF. This system is fundamental in enhancing the quality of healthcare services offered to ADF personnel and is a top priority for the ADF.

As the Rollout Coordinator, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams, overseeing the planning and execution of the HKM Project rollout. This position falls under the Business Transformation Stream within the Organisational Change Management (OCM) portfolio, working closely with project leads to ensure a successful rollout of the HKM System across different capability releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary customer liaison for rollout planning across various capability releases
  • Offer specialized expertise in product rollout and scheduling for project planning activities
  • Coordinate rollout activities efficiently
  • Develop essential documentation for rollout activities
  • Engage proactively with Defence stakeholders
  • Create and update rollout schedules and project plans, including training delivery plans
Qualifications

About You and Your Skills

  • Prior experience in developing and implementing rollout plans, particularly in the healthcare or Defence sectors
  • Proficiency in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments and meeting customer expectations
  • Skilled in coordinating rollout activities and designing training delivery plans
  • Background in project coordination and scheduling
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage priorities, dependencies, and risks effectively
  • Capable of remote teamwork due to the dispersed national structure of the organization

Due to the nature of our work with customers, Australian Citizenship, a Baseline security clearance, and the ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance if needed are mandatory for all applicants.
