Casual/Part Time/Full Time Supervisor Team Member

A day in the life at Cakes by Max:

  • Manage and work with the Café Manager to manage the execution of our daily operations and running of the store including store cleanliness and presentation
  • Lead by example and drive our Team Members to deliver memorable guest service and experience
  • Ensure all Cakes by Max standards are upheld at all times
  • Work with the Café Manager to assist with people related tasks including training and development and coaching.
  • Build morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team member input is encouraged and valued
- prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and teas to the finest standard
- prepare and serve dessert menu items that promise to tempt all taste buds to the finest standard

  • Complete inhouse training to keep you up to date

About You:

  • Previous supervisor/management experience of minimum 1 year is essential
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience is essential
  • Exceptional customer service experience
- ability to lead and effectively communicate

  • Energetic, positive and guest focused with can do attitude
  • Love the energy the hospitality industry brings
  • Enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guest
  • Driven to provide exceptional guest service
  • Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team
