Based in North Adelaide, as a Consultant in Admissions and Customer Service, you'll play a pivotal role in accurately assessing and communicating information regarding the financial and eligibility criteria for admission into our residential aged care facilities.

Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service to every individual navigating their pre-admission journey with Helping Hand. Additionally, you'll:

  • Cultivate and uphold a customer service culture centred on empathy, courtesy, and fairness.
  • Conduct administrative and financial screenings for applicants awaiting placement, while also negotiating financial arrangements.
  • Proactively network and advocate for Helping Hand services among key external stakeholders, including community groups, referral sources, and industry representatives.
  • Demonstrate a continuous commitment to personal growth and development, eagerly embracing opportunities for learning and improvement.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, including contract management, finance, or legal assistance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A current driver's license
  • Valid NDIS worker screening clearance or be willing to obtain one

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have the following:

Hourly Rate: $40.34 per hour plus Super.
