What You'll Do

You will lead and manage the sales of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Solutions within the Queensland territory. You'll use your industry knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer success and happiness.

• Lead, drive, and deliver new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS)
• Implement the Oracle Cloud Tech strategy throughout your territory
• Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and provide regular coaching to support their development
• Develop long-term, balanced relationships with senior-level customers and partners
• Experience working within the Queensland region in Enterprises, Government and commercial 's customers
• A good understanding of OCI or other Clouds technologi

What You'll Bring

• Proven years of experience in sales management and experience on working on complex/Large Enterprises, Government Sector
• Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services
• Extensive sales experiences and customer network with C-levels in Large Enterprises/Local Governments entities within the Queensland region.
• Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
• Knowledge of Oracle products is preferred
