In summary - the progression pathway here is phenomenal. For reasons I can talk through on the phone, there is opportunity to start as a Senior Design Engineer, perhaps a Project Engineer, and move into more of an Associate engineering role, with potential leadership and management opportunity in the short-mid term.

Technical understanding will be key even into the senior stages and beyond. This will always be a priority.

Details

  • 8:30am - 5:30pm work day
  • Office based work favoured. Some flexibility.
  • Melbourne CBD offices.
  • Civil3D Environment
  • Diverse mixture of current staff - you're welcome as you are, your differences will be celebrated.
  • Brownfield civil engineering projects: schools, waste recycling facilities, council road upgrades, daycare settings, commercial builds, hospitals and healthcare, sports facilities, wineries and other recreational builds.
What's needed:
You'll need an engineering degree for this role, 5-10 years' civil engineering experience with plenty of that in Melbourne.

You'll also need experience designing in Civil3D.

You'll also need some Get Up And Go and you'll be most successful if you're happy in front of a client, or, have potential to think you will be.
