As our new Senior Civil Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in reshaping how we design and execute major projects to be sustainable and carbon-neutral. Your responsibilities include:

  • Be hands-on and lead in supporting a growing portfolio of complex water and wastewater projects for municipal and industrial clients
  • Conduct detailed engineering and design tasks while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Collaborate with other technical disciplines within project teams to develop client-focused solutions
  • Leverage your engineering and design management skills to lead projects, provide guidance to others, and monitor project progress
  • Mentor team members and contribute to their professional development

Required qualifications for a Senior Civil Engineer include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience in roads, stormwater, earthworks, pavement, and traffic access engineering design
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs and collaborate effectively for successful project outcomes
