[Responsibilities]

  • End to end weekly payroll processing under ADP outsourced environment
  • Liaise with ADP payroll processing, month end, yearend closing
  • Ensuring accuracy and timely processing of weekly payroll with preparing payroll adjustment sheets needed
  • Financial reporting and month end payroll functions
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data being recorded regarding timesheets, leave balances, salaries, employee details and more
  • Working in a team and manage the payroll functions
  • Working with HR in maintaining Employee Masterfile updates
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory payroll, financial, taxation and legal requirements
  • Supporting internal and external payroll enquiries
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes across the payroll department
  • Undertake any other responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business
