The Role:
As a "go to" person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management and organisational skills.
- Manage this agent's diary
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Provide full sales support throughout the process
- Liaising with the marketing team to coordinate photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
- Prepare for listing presentations
- Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
- Prepare all preauction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts
- Have a strong administration background in Real Estate or a similar field
- A Current Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
- Ability to manage high end clientele you will be working on multimillion dollar listings
- Provide a high stand of customer service
- Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
