Job Summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Lead for Project Risk Management to join our team. As a key member of our global business unit, you will be responsible for delivering project risk management across a region, providing expertise, guidance, and support for risk management activities across proposals and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy project risk management tools, procedures, and frameworks across projects.
  • Develop technical responses to proposals and consult with customer teams as necessary.
  • Deliver project risk management programs aligned with ISO:31000.
  • Facilitate high-level risk workshops, risk meetings, and reviews.
  • Establish a clear understanding of risk context (project specific) internally and externally.
  • Effectively interact across all layers of the project to influence risk culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience working in projects, ideally within construction or infrastructure.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in dedicated roles managing project risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Qualitative and a good understanding of Quantitative Risk Management is necessary.
  • Experience responding to proposal requests is advantageous.
  • Experience with software packages is required, experience with ARM is advantageous.
  • Relevant recognized Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certification.
  • Experience in the Infrastructure / Heavy Civil / Aviation / Rail/ Tunnelling/ Renewables / Mining / Construction is mandatory.
