Experience And Qualifications:

Must have:

  • 10+ years of experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership
  • 4+ years of experience understanding sales cycles and helping to shape and scope large, complex implementation projects
  • 7+ years of enterpriselevel project delivery or program management experience on the Salesforce platform driving successful software deployments at a range of customers across different industries
  • 4 or more current Salesforce advanced certifications (Platform Developer 2, Architect certification(s), Sales/Service/marketing Cloud).
  • Technical and cognitive ability to scope and strategically plan engagements
  • Ability to design and implement initiatives and infrastructure to scale topperforming software/professional services teams
  • Experience recruiting, motivating and retaining top talent
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative (teamfocused) mindset, high levels of EQ and IQ
  • Strong balance of collaborative and selfstarter/entrepreneurial mentality; selfaware and an inspiring character with great energy who is able to own your part of the organisation while also working

The Role:

Responsibility:

  • Lead the business and operational elements of the Salesforce Professional Services team globally from capacity planning to process development to project execution and customer success.
  • Guide the strategic direction of the team and the overall Salesforce practice for both technical and functional roles, conduct team meetings, 1:1 meetings with your direct reports, help manage escala
  • Manage the evolution of the Salesforce team including new and updated services offerings, resourcing, team enablement, project governance, and scoping and delivery oversight
  • Work with leadership to identify and implement success metrics, ensuring phases across presales, sales, delivery and postdelivery are successful and drive revenue through hitting goals
  • Influence and collaborate with teams across the Professional Services organisation as well as Innovation & Technology and Business Development to promote revenue opportunities, customer satisfaction,
  • Understand Katzion services offerings, value proposition, automotive industry, customer landscape and complexities
  • Deliver implementation, on boarding, integration, consulting, and ongoing technical services to help customers realize the full potential of Katzion's solutions
  • Communicate with the team to understand and manage customer escalations, mitigate risks, and navigate challenging situations to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Partner with Business Development team to assist in prequalification and scoping tasks to ensure that projects are scoped and estimated correctly
  • Recruit and develop a highperforming Salesforce Professional Services team, developing career paths for team members that allow for growth and development within the Professional Services team and Ka
  • Manage, forecast and monitor resource capacity and utilization, staffing appropriately for customer engagements
  • Proactively manage hiring, attrition, productivity, morale, team motivation and training, across the Salesforce team
  • Be accountable for the success of direct reports by developing and delivering annual performance reviews as well as providing adhoc coaching, mentorship and support to help them develop professionall
  • Develop a Salesforce Practice V2MOM that includes a vision for the team, team values, and setting team/department objectives & ensure that they are met.
