Constructions Group (Aust) is a commercial construction company with 28 years of trading experience across a wide range of industry sectors including Multi-Residential, Commercial, Health, and Industrial. We are seeking a Project Manager to work on upcoming projects ranging in value from $15m to $60m, principally in the Brisbane area.

This is a permanent, long-term role with our company. The role includes all aspects of the project commencing at the beginning of the project and seeing it through to a satisfactory handover to the client.

We have a number of projects commencing and roles available.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience managing all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction to the handover and defect liability period.
  • Skilled with the management of all contractual requirements, including Australian building specifications and standards
  • Adept at using project management software and implementing project delivery systems and construction programs
  • Extensive knowledge of Contracts management and Subcontractor negotiations
  • Good financial oversight and budget control
  • Staff management and full team leadership
  • The ability to liaise with Clients, consultants, local authorities, public utilities, etc.

To be considered for this role the successful applicant will have.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Multi-Residential Construction.
  • 3+ years working in a Project Management role
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering multi-residential projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • A background in project planning and organisation
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills,
  • Thorough understanding of HSEQ compliance
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
