Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Sterning HR Full time
Part time role - 15 to 20 hours per week.

  • Up to $120k FTE + super
  • South West Sydney Office, close to transport.
An opportunity exists for a People Partner to play a crucial role across two brands. As a Generalist HR professional, you'll handle HR advisory work, split evenly between day-to-day support and exciting projects.

Reporting to the People and Culture Lead, half of your time will be dedicated to providing invaluable advisory support, enabling and coaching the Area and Centre Managers to handle people-related challenges.

You'll be able to foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with three awards.

The remaining half will be focused on driving HR projects.

You'll spearhead the implementation of a new HRIS, streamline manual contract processes, and collaborate with the Talent Partner to optimise the Applicant Tracking System.

Additionally, you'll have a hand in learning and development initiatives, employee retention strategies, and establishing an Employee Assistance Program.

You'll bring extensive HR knowledge, a keen understanding of employment legislation, coaching skills, and strong project management capabilities to excel in this role.
