Part-time/Casual service staff - Presotea Leederville

We are seeking a customer focused service staff in the beverage specialty, with exceptional customer service skills to join our new team at Presotea Leederville.

What does a Presotea Service Staff do?
Our Service Staff are the first port of call when customers come into Presotea.

You will be responbible for preparing and making bubble tea, till exchanges, and building customer rapport with the Leederville Community.

At Presotea Leederville, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of service in all aspects of our store.

We're looking for someone with great attention to detail. You will need strong communication skills and an ability to execute exceptional customer service on a consistent basis.

Staff should have experience working as part of a team and, because there are multiple responsibilities, it's important you can multi task.

Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Preparing and making of bubble tea beverages
• Maintain the presentation of the store and service areas
• Process sales through the till
• Greet customers and proactively ask them if they need assistance
• Accept orders through UberEats and other food & beverage delivery apps
• Promote and operate our instore Presotea offering
• Always work within Food & Beverage standards and follow all Health and Safety legislation
