Human Resources Partner to join our HR team.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, you will be primarily responsible for providing accurate, timely and highly responsive customer and solutions focussed HR advice and support in the delivery of the organisations strategic and operational objectives.

This role has a HR generalist focus on all aspects of HR including policy interpretation, industrial agreement interpretation, contract management, performance management, workplace change, HR analytical reporting, and will partner with key stakeholders to provide guidance and support on all aspects of HR within the portfolio.


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, the HR Partner will also undertake HR projects in line with the Business Plan.

This is a part time position, working 60.8 hrs per fortnight.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Tertiary level qualification in Human Resource Management and/or a combination of experience, expertise and competence sufficient to perform the role.
  • Significant relevant experience delivering HR services, support and expertise that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders and support the organisation to achieve its vision and strategic priorities.
  • Award interpretation and knowledge of a wide variety of contemporary human resources practices.
  • Ability to research, think laterally and pragmatically in approaching a resolution to issues, from multiple lenses with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) with sound report writing skills.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills, including proven ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes.
