An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Fundraising, Events and Partnerships Specialist** to join our Customer Experience Team, in this newly created role. The position is part time (0.8 FTE).

To be successful as the Fundraising, Events and Partnerships Specialist, you will be a dynamic, energetic, people person, who is well-connected, creative and can hit the ground running to deliver on the organisation’s strategies.

Reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), you’ll bring your expertise and ideas to leverage the SensesWA brand to maximise opportunities to diversify revenue through fundraising opportunities such as community campaigns, events and strategic corporate partnerships.

**Accountabilities include**:

- Develop a strategic and tactical fundraising function that pursues opportunities for the organisation through relationship building and leveraging brand awareness.
- Develop and leading the events plan for the organisation, including community engagement and fundraising activities, Expos and other third-party events.
- Establish and maintaining relationships with new and existing corporate sponsors, business and community partners.
- In conjunction with the CEO and Chief Experience Officer, represent SensesWA at a range of community and business-related networking events.
- Ensure targeted internal and external activities meet the strategic objectives of the organisation and/or service delivery area.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of fundraising principles and techniques and a proven track record of successful fundraising.
- Significant event management experience, including community engagement and fundraising activities, Expos and other third-party events.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with corporate and community partners, as well as high net worth individuals.
- Proven abilities in high level interpersonal, written, and verbal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Past success in financial management, and ability to identify and use key metrics and indicators to monitor financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently, collaboratively and flexibly in a team environment.
