As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Purchasing Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quotations and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
  • Select the most suitable suppliers and place orders in alignment with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Expedite purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international orders with delivery partners, tracking shipments to ensure ontime delivery.
  • Review purchase order confirmations for accuracy and compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate order and logistics information for project deliveries.
  • Support warehouse operations and contribute to inventory management processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus and proactive approach to delivering outstanding support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fastpaced, crossfunctional teams.
  • Resilience and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with proficient written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • CIPS or APICS Certification (Desirable).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the industry.
