Our client is seeking to engage a Permits Officer until 31/12/2023.

Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements and use documented processes to design, develop, and maintain training materials, including eLearning content, to match learner and business needs.
  • Develop learning specifications, course material and assessment methods aligned to strategic business objectives and/or recognised training packages.
  • Deliver effective face to face training courses.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of training and assessment policies, systems, procedures, and documents.
  • Provide advice on best practice and knowledge to continuously improve training design practices

Qualifications, knowledge and experience Required:

  • Certificate IV in training and assessment or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in high level business administration.
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing learning and assessment content aligned with adult learning principles, including design of elearning material
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and the use of training software packages (ie Articulate and graphic editing software)
  • Experience in liaising with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience of Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint

  • Writing skills. Uses clear, concise language in all written products, and includes content appropriate for the purpose and audience.
