About the role:

This role has primary responsibility for coordinating and overseeing the design, development and delivery of training for the implementation of a new Permits capability.

This includes development of all training materials to support face to face training including both digital and printable content and development of online training for induction of new staff and refresher training for existing staff.

This role will ensure that training delivered meets business and industry standards and enhances the capabilities of the workforce.

Duties

• Design, develop and maintain training materials including eLearning content
• Develop learning specifications, course material and assessment methods
• Stakeholder engagement
• Deliver face to face training courses
• Assist with enhancement and provide advice policies, systems, procedures and documents

Required experience/skills

• Certificate IV in training and assessment or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in high level business administration
• Extensive experience in designing and developing learning and assessment content aligned with adult learning principles, including design of elearning material
• Microsoft Office Suite use, especially, the use of training software packages and SharePoint
• Strong stakeholder engagement
