The Opportunity


We are currently looking for a Train Control Support Analyst who will assist in the maintenance and support of Arc Infrastructure's (Arc) train control systems.


The Role
The general duties of the Train Control Support Analyst include:

  • Rail systems fault identification, troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Coordination of ongoing improvement to operational rail systems.
  • Ownership of the incident queue within IROS Support Stream.
  • Manage SLA's across level 1, 2 and 3 support.
  • Ensuring process diagrams and support processes are kept current.
  • Management of key stakeholder's expectations.
  • Assistance on additional
    IT projects as required.

About You
To be successful in this role we need you to have:

  • Relevant experience in rail systems.
  • Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, technical aptitude and enthusiasm.
  • C class driver's license.
