About The Role

This role covers the OCS Group in the UK & Ireland, reporting to the Social Value Manager. It is based in Ipswich, but open for a fresh graduate seeking a change.

The Graduate Social Value Advisor will oversee the Social Value engagement process across the company and with clients, requiring active involvement with various internal teams (Bid, Sales, Social Mobility, Communications) and external stakeholders (Customers) to ensure top-notch ESG and Social Value contributions.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and manage the Social Value input for bids and tenders, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure consistent ESG support.
  • Engage with clients on Social Value requirements and initiatives.
  • Manage the ESG content hub.
  • Provide Social Value training and workshops to staff.
  • Capture Social Value data and integrate it into reporting.
  • Stay updated on upcoming regulations and initiatives in Social Value and facilities management.
  • Assist in delivering ESG/Social Value reports and presentations for clients.
  • Collect and share ESG and Social Value best practices, working with marketing teams to create case studies.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • University degree (Lower Second-Class Honours or above).
  • Excellent communicator with stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in facilities management or construction is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Social Value reporting.
  • Understanding of Social Value frameworks such as TOMs.
  • Qualifications in Sustainability/ESG/Social Value are a plus.
