Financial Transaction Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide an effective and efficient client enquiry service for both internal and external clients in relation to accounts receivable, accounts payable and debt management.
  • Organising payment plans, proactively seeking remediation of outstanding debt.
  • Maintaining account information by determining and enacting appropriate action.
  • Reconciliation of payments and refunds, and maintaining of customer account information.
  • Monitoring of refunds into the payment system and flowing to responsible action officers.
  • Support the provision of exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and conducting investigations as appropriate.
  • Experience with outbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent project administration and organisation skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to handle financial administration particularly in refunds and account management.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills
