Due to our business expansion, we are introducing a new opportunity for an FM Supervisor. This role offers you the chance to be part of a well-established and successful team working on a long-term utilities contract.

The Role

Under the supervision of the Facilities Projects Manager, the FM Project Supervisor will oversee the safe and efficient delivery of day-to-day FM operations and projects. Collaborating closely with the Projects team, you will manage small to medium-scale projects across various disciplines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety of all personnel and subcontractors on site
  • Coordinate team members to work together safely, productively, and efficiently
  • Review safety and operational documentation as per site and client specifications
  • Conduct quality assurance checks upon completion
  • Ensure staff and subcontractors possess the necessary skills and knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for urgent tasks, assist in scoping and pricing projects
  • Support in coordinating works, including material procurement, subcontractor arrangements, and work order processing

Requirements:

  • Valued experience in building or civil sectors
  • Prior frontline management experience advantageous
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems and procedures
  • Strong communication, influencing, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and office-based tasks
  • Previous FM experience would be highly advantageous
  • Hold a White Card certification
  • Possess a full driver's license
