About the Opportunity:

As the Activations Director at KINESSO, you'll be responsible for overseeing the holistic paid social strategy and team performance. In this role, you will manage operations, provide strategic direction, maintain financial health, and develop your team into future leaders. Collaborate with the Group Activations Lead and General Manager to deliver top-notch services and strategies, ensuring KINESSO's position as global leaders in performance marketing.

Success in this role is demonstrated by:

  • Showcasing strategic thinking and thought leadership.
  • Fostering strong collaborations with clients and agency partners.
  • Contributing to revenue growth and overall company success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the social strategy for a banking client and collaborate with the social team and organic agency.
  • Create clear team roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity for the team and clients.
  • Showcase social expertise to the banking client and drive thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to align social content with media strategies.
  • Work on proactive recommendations and engage with key partners for maximum client value.
  • Stay updated on changes across social platforms and identify opportunities aligned with business goals.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading performance media teams.
  • Ability to manage digital spend across Social, Search, and Programmatic, with a focus on paid social.
  • Strong leadership and client management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bring a positive attitude and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
