Job Description

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Darwin either on a full-time or part-time basis

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have a crucial role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to contribute to enhancing lives through work and health. As part of our team, you will assist individuals in their journey to recovery and returning to work.

As an integral team member, your duties will involve:

  • Conducting various assessments including worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments
  • Identifying obstacles to Return to Work (RTW)
  • Engaging with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Developing, executing, and monitoring programs that aid injured employees in reentering the workforce

Requirements

  • Proper qualifications & registration in Exercise Physiology
  • Availability to travel (Possession of a valid vehicle and driver's license is essential)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to delivering consistent high-quality customer service
  • Excellent time management skills, punctuality, and effective task prioritization
