The opportunity:


The Exercise Physiology Coordinator supports the Exercise Physiology (EP) Department with opportunities for growth and increased revenue through new and existing opportunities for referrals of EP clients and EP memberships.

They take responsibility for ensuring the Exercise Physiology Department billing and invoicing is processed accurately and in a timely manner.

This part-time role is available for approximately 20 hours a fortnight.

Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Process all billing and invoicing for Exercise Physiologists operating in the state within the required timeframes stipulated by the business;
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities through relationships with external referral practitioners and funding models;
  • Administrate Potential Client List (PCL), communicate with referrals and organise bookings with EPs;
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes in order to simplify billing and invoicing to create a more userfriendly experience;
  • Respond to all general EP administration enquiries and provide reporting where required;
  • Work with club teams to promote EP services and EP memberships;
  • Support the EP and club teams to achieve revenue targets.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in business support administration
  • Knowledge of EP practices and services
  • Knowledge of EP scope of practice
  • Knowledge of funding arrangements (NDIS, DVA, RTW, Medicare etc.)
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • THe ability to stay motivated and work autonomously as required
