Your day to day duties will involve:

  • Management and delivery of hard and soft services to each site.
  • Monitoring and directing contractor performance and ensure that all contracts are executed and in place and contractor activities correspond to the scope and/or intent of the document.
  • Be an integral member of the team, driving collaboration whilst promoting Customer Service and Community Relations.
  • Develop and implement Sustainability initiatives and best practices.
  • Manage, develop and implement the operational plan for the properties, inclusive of managing contractors, staff and the delivery of property services in line with established standards and objectives.
  • Responsible for developing plans to facilitate continuous quality improvements and enhance the value of the property.
  • Preparation of operational and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Coordinate tenancy de-fits and new lease fit-outs.

To be considered for the role, you must have previous demonstrable experience in a facilities management role.

With the ability to manage your time effectively, you will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your tenants. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional operator to be rewarded with stability, support & a positive culture.
