Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the project manager/business leads to develop plans and timelines
  • Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and planning
  • Coordinating project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Preparing reports, including status reports, progress reports, and risk assessments
  • Assisting with project budgeting and forecasting
  • Tracking project expenses and ensure compliance with project budgets
  • Organising and facilitating project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Assisting in the preparation of risk assessments
  • Ensuring project documentation is up to date and organised
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimise group performance
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and share best practice with the team
Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience in the project space
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to manage multiple work demands simultaneously
